A fabulous private residential condo project located in the luxurious Nick Price Residences within the Grand Coral Development, this stunning private residential condo was Jonathan James' very first project in Playa Del Carmen and is a true masterpiece of interior design. Featured on HGTV's popular program "House Hunters International," the property underwent a meticulous transformation to bring its opulent vision to life. Filmed in August 2013, the show followed the journey of the homeowners as they searched for their dream home, culminating in the final reveal of this breathtaking space.
